When employees are recognized, they are given the appropriate number of points. Points are determined by your award investment. Employees can accumulate points through various corporate programs such as your Service Award Program, Safety Award Program, Holiday Gift Program, Sales & Incentive Program, Performance Awards, and Retirement Program. Employees redeem their points within the program's website. Each product, travel voucher, event ticket, etc. has a point value. The employees can redeem their points at any time, unless you require a deadline.

After your employees choose an award, your company will be charged for the award. In addition, all awards will be shipped within 3 to 5 days - with free shipping!
